How to get there: Where exactly is the AMONTI Chalet Resort? 

Our 23 AMONTI Chalets nestle in Valle Aurina  in the stunning northern region of South Tyrol. This enchanting region is known for its untouched nature, rich traditions and genuine locals. Deposit: When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking becomes binding as soon as we have received your deposit (30% of the price of your stay) within 5 days. But don't worry about counting the days on your calendar. Our hosts will guide you through the entire process from enquiry to final booking, providing comprehensive advice and transparent information every step of the way. 

Day of departure: How long can I use the spa and restaurant? 

After your check-out by 10:30 am, you can enjoy our entire spa wellness world including bathrobe and towels until 8:00 pm on your day of departure. Special price: 45 euro for adults, 25 euro for children

Chalet Dishes: How does the service work?

Choose a dish from our Chalet menu, which will be delivered directly to your chalet – freshly prepared and ready to serve. Only one dish can be selected per chalet, and all guests in the chalet will enjoy the same dish. For this exclusive service, we charge a fee of 25 euros per delivery.

Check-in/Check-out: When can I occupy my AMONTI Chalet?

How wonderful to have you here! Your Amonti Chalet will be ready for you from 3:30 pm. Please vacate your chalet by 10:30 am on the day of departure. 

Electric car: Is there a charging facility at the AMONTI Chalet Resort?

We’re delighted you’re arriving by electric car. You can charge your vehicle free of charge in our underground car park. 

Dogs: Can I bring my pet with me?

Your four-legged family member is more than welcome at the AMONTI Chalet Resort. We charge 35 euro per day per dog. The well-being of all our guests, whether two-legged or four-legged, is our top priority; therefore, we kindly ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the chalet for extended periods. If needed, we are happy to arrange a dog sitter for a small fee. Please note that our restaurant and spa area are reserved for human guests only.

Children and additional persons: How much do my loved ones pay?

0-2 years = 49 euro per day

3-8 years = 80 % reduction

9-12 years = 70 % reduction

13-16 years = 60 % reduction

3rd + 4th adult = 40 % discount

Minimum stay: Can I stay in the AMONTI Chalet for just one night?

Unfortunately this is not possible. We believe that true relaxation takes time and something special needs space. So that you can fully enjoy our chalet resort, we are happy to welcome you for a minimum stay of 2 nights. In some cases, we may charge a short-stay surcharge of 10 to 20% for stays of less than 3 nights. If you are considering a last-minute offer, shorter stays may also be possible; please contact us for more information. During the periods 09.08. – 23.08.2025, 21.12. – 06.01.2026 and 14.02. – 21.02.2026, you can book our Premium Chalets for a minimum stay of 7 days. 

Food Intolerances: Can I arrive with a food intolerance, as a vegetarian, or as a vegan?

If you have allergies, food intolerances, or other dietary preferences, please let us know. We will be happy to adjust our culinary offerings to suit your needs, so you can enjoy your meals without worries. Feel free to contact us before or during your stay – we will make sure your meals are tailored to your requirements.

Travel Cancellation Insurance: What to do if I can't start my trip?

Protect yourself from unexpected events! Travel insurance can be added up to 10 days after booking and will be charged upon departure. For only 4.50 euro per person per day, all cancellation costs before the start of the holiday are covered in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, as well as their children or parents.

Please note: To claim the insurance, a medical certificate or confirmation must be provided.

Spa Treatments: Should I book a treatment in advance?

You are welcome to book your treatments in advance, allowing us to ensure there are enough available spots in our spa.

Cancellation policy: What should I be aware of?

If your travel plans change unexpectedly, please inform us immediately. There might be a chance that we can accommodate another guest in your chalet at short notice. If our efforts are unsuccessful, the following cancellation conditions apply: 

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 euro per chalet
  • From 30 days to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement
  • From 10 days to the arrival date: 80% of the booked arrangement
  • No-show or early departure will be charged 100%

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance when booking to avoid unnecessary additional costs.

Method of payment: How can I settle my bill on-site?

You can settle your bill using a debit card, EC card, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept cash payments of up to 4,999 euro per person.
